Despite the fact that she grew up in Houston, Leslie Warren has worked in over twenty cities in Texas. In the seventies, she starred in TV shows and movies, including Burglar, Cop, and Worth Winning. She won a Golden Globe for her role in the NBC miniseries 79 Park Avenue in 1978. In 1983, she was nominated for an Academy Award for her role in the film Victor/Victoria. She also received two additional Golden Globe nominations, including for her performance in Songwriter and Family of Spies.
