Mike Naanouh has been married to Cynthia Naanouh for approximately 10 years. They currently reside in Sierra Madre near Santa Anita racetrack in California. Both Mike and Cynthia enjoy horse racing, spending much of their free time at Santa Anita racetrack during free time, meeting each other through horse-themed restaurants near Carlsbad; but do not yet have children together.
