Rich Hill will make his return to the starting rotation on Wednesday night against the Houston Astros. He was activated from the 15-day injured list on Monday. His only rehab start was in the minors, where he threw only three innings and 56 pitches. However, his matchup with the Astros should scare fantasy managers away.
