Rare Kiqs is a fashion retailer that started as a small business in California when the founder was 18 years old. She dropped out of college to focus on her business and has since sold hundreds of pairs of sneakers. She currently operates a website where people can purchase her sneakers, but eventually hopes to open a physical location as well.
