This error message appears when Oracle cannot allocate all of its memory resources. The Oracle database has a limit on the total shared memory (SGAs) on the system. The amount of available memory is equal to the sum of all SGAs on the system divided by the page size. This error usually occurs when the PGA size parameters are too large or too many HugePages are configured.
