JLL has added Houman Mahboubi to its team as senior vice president. He will be based out of JLL’s Century City office and will be a part of the company’s retail practice. Houman has 15 years of experience in high street retail brokerage, including over ten years with BRC Advisors in Beverly Hills.
Throughout his 15 years in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market, Houman has built a solid reputation for integrity and loyalty. His extensive knowledge of the market has helped him close multimillion-dollar deals with some of the world’s most prestigious clients. His savvy business network includes a dedicated team of over 20 leasing agents.
Houman has also been active in his community. He’s a member of the Beverly Hills Rotary Club and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Economic Development Committee and the Rodeo Drive Committee. He is also a proud husband and father. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
