In between seasons two and three, Jason Momoa started getting tattoos. One of the tattoos he had was on his left forearm. This was something the show’s producers did not reveal to the public until he started working on the role. He had to hide his tattoos for his character, Ronan. In fact, his left forearm had a tribal design that make it difficult for the make-up artists to hide. But, this did not stop them from giving the character a tattoo.

Besides playing the role of Khal Drogo on HBO’s ‘Game of Thrones, Momoa has also played the role of Jason Ioane on ‘Baywatch’. In this show, he was a surfer dude who was also a boy next door.

During the filming of ‘Broken Ties, Momoa also sported dreadlocks. This change in appearance was a definite change from his previous look. It is a sign of his growing confidence and resiliency, which would help him play the role of Connor.
