He began his trading career at Drexel Burnham Lambert working on the New York Mercantile Exchange floor in June 1986 before forging relationships with prominent financiers such as Sir James Goldsmith and Kerry Packer.

Adami began his career with AIG International Inc in 1996 before going on to Goldman Sachs’ commodity group and then onward to CIBC World Markets’ U.S. equity division as director. Today he serves as Director of Advisor Advocacy for Private Advisor Group in Morristown, New Jersey.
