Byrne Plaza

Byrne Plaza in Downtown Wildwood

Starting on July 21, the Byrne Plaza will have a full schedule of activities. A boot camp circuit training class is available for $10 on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday mornings. Tuesday and Thursday mornings are the best days to enjoy a Zumba or Yoga class. You can also pay directly to your instructor. The full line-up will be announced soon. This summer, the plaza will feature two concerts. This outdoor venue will host live music, food, or other activities during the summer.

Byrne Plaza is a centralized gathering place for local residents and visitors alike. The covered pavilion can hold between 2,500 and 5,000 people for stage-based performances, as well as up to 100 vendors. The Byrne Plaza is a unique venue for live music and offers a variety family-friendly events throughout the year. The area is also home to the Downtown Wildwood Farmer’s Market and a free movie series, “Movie Nights on the Plaza.”

The Byrne Plaza will host local musicians, street performers, art installations, and more as the downtown area transforms into a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. The Byrne Plaza is across Pacific Avenue from the former Farmers Market location. The market’s summer schedule will be extended to the new location. The Byrne Plaza will offer free parking, unlike previous Farmers Market locations. The market will be open every Saturday from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. There will also be a Fall Harvest Market beginning September 16.
